The Trolley Project

Sheila Hallissey has been working with children from Barclay and Sybourn school and Significant Seams in Spring 2015 on a sculptural project exploring how food reflects the cultural diversity and shared values in our everyday lives. We will sculpt and weave into a shopping trolley using recycled materials, inspired by international food packaging found in our local shops. We will also fill the trolley with replicas of the ingredients for our favourite recipes. Check back for details of these and possible additional workshops throughout the trail.
